What is your return policy?
You may return unworn and unwashed clothing and shoes with the original tags still attached within 30 days after purchasing for a refund to the original form of payment. Skateboards can also be returned if they aren't skated. Skateboard decks can't be returned or exchanged if they are gripped or assembled. Sealed products can only be returned if they are still sealed.

SKATE uses state of the art technology to process all credit card transactions. We comply with the highest level of Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards so you can be sure that your details are safe.
How do I use a promo code?
You can enter a promo code on the order confirmation page or in the shopping cart. Codes are valid for a specified period of time and are single use unless otherwise specified. Single use codes must be used in their entierety and cannot be combined with other promotions. SKATE reserves the right to cancel any promotion at any time.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship outside of the United States at this time. However, we are looking into shipping internationally in the future.
What happens if I don't recieve my package?
All of our shipments are insured so that SKATE can guarantee packages that are lost or destroyed during transit wil be replaced.
Can you guys help me put a board together?
If you visit our store in Venice, CA, we would be happy to help you apply grip tape or assemble a board free of charge.
A product I recieved from SKATE is defective. What should I do?
The team at SKATE wants you to be 100% satisfied with every product that we offer. If a product happens to be defective, please ship it back to SKATE. We will examine it and do one of the following:
1. Consider it defective and immediately ship you your replacement product or provide store credit for the cost of the item. We will also reimburse you for the cost of shipping.
2. Contact the manufacturer to see if they cover the defective merchandise, then contact you with that information.
3. If we do not deem the product defective, we will charge you for shipping to send the product back to you, or refund you as long as the product meets our return requirements.
